      Terrible workplace & misleading job title

      Good central location Challenging opportunities - some positive Looks good on CV

      Cons

      Employed as a trainee/graduate social media & graphic designer but was expected to create advanced graphic design without any in house graphic designers or mentors. Management were rude, some senior staff would speak in french & exclude new members of staff even when there was only a small team in the office Frequently given feedback & told to turn around a task within the last hour of the day, even when the task would need several hours to complete Pay was Minimum wage but you were often expected to stay late without overtime

      You're able to see all angles of a business since this is a start up which was a good learning experience

      Cons

      Disorganized, overworked, boss kept messaging me after work and on weekends. This place will put you off working in start ups.

      No pros. Joining a start up might mean a lot This one must be avoided at all cost if you want your aspirations to be kept alive

      Cons

      Everything. The main problem is the founder. She doesn’t have any business knowledge but she must be in charge of everything. It is impossible to try to amie tua business work as the founder is un decisive and changes her mind every two seconds putting the blame on you No vision at all, just an hobby for a spoilt person who doesn’t know what else to do
