- Casual racism - Lack of employee diversity - Toxic work environment - High staff turn over (employees leave every week) - Unprofessional people in charge - Culture of blame - Bad senior management - Massively disorganised, horrifically bad pay Employees unhappy and unsatisfied with the working environment, actively looking for other employment opportunities. Unsanitary and odorous office. Lowest pay levels in the industry. Senior management overall very disorganised. Pure bullying and defamation from the management. High demands and effort coupled with a wage that doesn't cover even the rent.

Although the team within the head office is relatively small, there is no real effort to properly introduce new starters, making it difficult to form relationships amongst your peers. There is also a severe lack of effective communication across departments, which results in frequent unpleasant interactions and a constant blame culture. A few departments are missing people with real leadership experience and those who currently in these positions are clearly only there by default, having managed to survive the longest in this toxic working environment. In regards to the pay, it is far below the average across most roles, especially when you consider how much each person is expected to contribute to the company.
