      Pros

      Mid-sized company providing Value-Added Services for Telco domain. Product line good, innovative solutions. Relatively flat organization, privately owned company has three owners. Good office location in west of Munich, Germany. Other locations across the Europe and in TX, US. Great colleagues, good working environment. Company moved to the next level from a "startup" which is great.

      Cons

      Company was going thought growing pains and that was not managed well as the CxO level leadership were at the same time the owners of the company. Employees were treated sometime in unprofessional way. HR department was missing completely. Rather big flux in employee commitment; new folks joined to see how the company was run and left typically less than two years. Failed to execute the move to the next level from a "startup" company.

      - Company has some interesting products - Good company benefits like 4-day working week, free lunch, free breakfast, equipment - Very international team

      Cons

      - No real agile implementation, owners of the company still make all the decisions about the product, the team and the organization - No empowerment of the teams - Everything comes back to waterfall - Middle management very used to work in their own ways, not open to change - No remote work
