Pros
Weekly pay, Bonus, some of the staff are lovely
Cons
If you want to give yourself mental health problems in the future then work for Duration otherwise AVOID!!! If it wasn’t for some of the lovely staff who were like a second family then I wouldn’t of held out for so long before leaving, I had been wanting to leave for years before doing it and now work in a professional caring workplace which was the best decision I made leaving. The place is toxic and as other reviews have said is run on fear and subconscious bullying by the director and senior management who couldn’t care less about there staff, there more interested in finding any pathetic little thing to have a go at you and they wonder why people are so mentally drained all the time there having to just hear criticism after criticism. I think one year we turned over about 40 people leaving or being fired just in the office that’s not normal. And the way they treat staff who hand in their notices because they have new jobs is unlawful and disgusting, they get told to go about 10mins after giving their notices, no other place I know does that, normal companies ask their staff to work their notices! Next the amount of unprofessional behaviour amongst staff and managers is shocking, half the staff ain’t got a clue what there doing because either they have had no proper training given or just don’t care which is poor recruitment from managers, no wonder there are so many customers who complain about the customer service they are not wrong, we get told to lie constantly to customers about things. I mean when there are more staff in aftersales than quotes than that’s alarm bells because that shows you how much things go wrong in there. And don’t ask for a pay rise ever, managers get offended if you ask. If it wasn’t for a small handful of staff who keep that place running then the company would have fell apart completely years ago, I feel sorry for those few staff they are too loyal when they don’t get anything in return not even a thanks for all this hard work. And overtime is always pressured and bullied into staff having to say yes to it even though it’s voluntary the managers make you think it’s compulsory. Stay away if you want keep you sanity! Make sure if you want to keep you bonus for example they will take it away if you leave a door open or leave your computer on after going home!
