Fast paced but good if you just crack on with doing your job right. These products are quality and expensive if a job goes wrong so does the company name and reputation. It’s a family run business so I guess it’s justified to be assertive to staff made errors. If the manager gets a resignation they ask you to leave that day so there is no conflict of interest. Makes sense. Logically for a business.

lack of structure power hungry staff short break strict uniform rules phones are completely ‘banned’ - even in emergencys. (has to be the company phone for emergencies..) no tolerance for being late bonuses are taken for any of the above , plus every other excuse they can take it for.
