      Not competitive in the landscape, huge ego with a "father knows best"

      Pros

      relaxed office, dog friendly, fun and dedicated co-workers. Straight 8 hour shifts. Flexible

      Cons

      Mgt will not take responsibility for failing biz plan and declining revenue. Sr. Mgt has an ego that blurs reality for the company and competitiveness.

      Pros

      If you stay long enough you get a lot of vacation, though they curbed that a bit not long ago. If you are a quiet worker-bee you have a job guarantee. The bathrooms are clean and nice.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a team effort kind of place. Credits are taken by the presenter, ideas are not really welcome. You get a minuscule raise every year that's not merit-based, rather it's based on their idea of how much you should earn.
