Pros

If you stay long enough you get a lot of vacation, though they curbed that a bit not long ago. If you are a quiet worker-bee you have a job guarantee. The bathrooms are clean and nice.

Cons

Not necessarily a team effort kind of place. Credits are taken by the presenter, ideas are not really welcome. You get a minuscule raise every year that's not merit-based, rather it's based on their idea of how much you should earn.

Pros

As a current employee at DriveSavers, I can confidently say it’s an exceptional place to work. Honestly, it is the best the best company I’ve been part of. The organization truly prioritizes both its customers and employees, creating a supportive, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment with a genuinely positive culture. You really feel like you’re part of something meaningful here. Every day, I have the opportunity to work alongside the most talented, passionate professionals who care deeply about helping people recover what matters most to them. Leadership is approachable, understanding, and transparent, with a clear emphasis on training, professional growth, and high ethical standards. I would absolutely recommend working here. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a company that delivers life-changing results for customers while also investing in the success and well-being of its employees. I’m proud to be part of the DriveSavers team and would highly recommend both their services and their workplace culture. I look forward to many more years with the company.

Cons

I honestly can’t think of any significant downsides. My experience with DriveSavers has been overwhelmingly positive.
