I've experienced "Open-door-policy" and a 1st-class support system, from Site Management, right up to Regional. Second-to-None! Almost literally handed the "Keys to the Kingdom" from the start, I'm being given every-tool in the toolbox to be a success-story at our Site. I'm being included in discussions and have a voice in decision-making, that will have an impact on the sites' image and viability. Every department on our site plays a crucial role, and all are treated with respect across-the-board. The Vaughan,Ontario,Canada site has an extremely bright future ahead of it. Mostly due to the high-caliber Management overseeing it all. Glad I found this Company!

A LOT to learn about the business, but I'll get it. Only wish I'd found it Sooner!

First class company, great pay with great comp plan, excellent training and the Global leader in what they do. Excellent teammates all customer focused on how we can help.

Like all big companies it takes a while to figure out the people you need to help you but everyone is nice and friendly and quick to point you in the right direction

Initially, you will be impressed with the general appeal and story of the company. You'll have great people to work alongside with and it will feel really good. Until...

Cons

Management is seriously one of the worst I've seen. They use extreme bullying tactics and very dirty politics to keep their employees in line. They will literally do everything in their power to keep you in the same position with very little room for growth. Recent layoffs have crippled several teams forcing the remaining members to slave away day and night to try to catch up on all the outstanding work. All upper management looks at is their numbers with no regard to the well being of their employees who are the heart and soul of the company.
