Pros

you will get experience of live project in very little time or infect in no time , however you find yourself alone as there is no senior/experienced who can help you /guide you to do the things in right way.

Cons

Salary is the biggest issue in this company. Former employees still struggling with their backlogs. Even company now start finding excuses to not to pay the backlogs. I suggest to all former employees to come together and file a complain in labor court.

Pros

Pros were only 2-3 yrs back when they were a proper company. No Pros as of now as they no employees left, only MD and his 2-3 family members.

Cons

There is a huge list of cons for DawnBIT:- 1.No salary payment for months while you work there. 2.No PF or pending payments given after you leave there. 3.No employees left to work with except the least knowledgable family members. 4.MD's ego is of another level & this only has eventually led to the downfall of the company. It is highly recommended to not even think of joining DawnBIT as this can ruin your future and all the good reviews are mostly written by MD himself to trap genuine candidates, make them work day & night and then never pay them back and detroit their mental health with dirty corporate politics...

Hey ! thank you for your review. We agree that there are backlogs because of the pandemic, thus we are currently working on resolving those as soon as possible, we all know the pandemic has created a tough situation for all businesses but we believe in learning and moving forward. It's an 8-year-old company and has a history of working on the best technologies and very reputed clients, also we would have really appreciated if would have given the feedback while you were here.

Pros

Can not think of any

Cons

FIRST AND WORST THING... You salary will always be late...always. In fact, at one point in time you yourself will feel that you are working for free and you will never get your salary. If you ask anything about salary to HR, she will either ignore you or will have an excuse ready. Second thing- The company is run by 2-3 people. They have nothing to hold there employees except THE BOND. Third thing- Saturdays are always working. And you are expected to work 12-13 hours a day. Even after that you are seen as an employee who puts in okay efforts at work.

Like every IT services company we invest a lot of training the freshers on new technologies and processes before they can be deployed on projects. So that we don't lose resources as soon as they are project deployment ready and to retain the resources we have bond in place but we have never ever misused the bond. Last two years were difficult for all small and mid size companies and we were no exception. We lost good team but things are turning around and we are back on track with everything streamlined for our current resources. We would love to work with people who are in the industry to learn. DawnBIT can proudly say, all resources whoever worked with us in the past, are well placed in their professional life and credit should go to the DawnBIT for allowing them to work on the latest technologies.
