Like every IT services company we invest a lot of training the freshers on new technologies and processes before they can be deployed on projects. So that we don't lose resources as soon as they are project deployment ready and to retain the resources we have bond in place but we have never ever misused the bond. Last two years were difficult for all small and mid size companies and we were no exception. We lost good team but things are turning around and we are back on track with everything streamlined for our current resources. We would love to work with people who are in the industry to learn.
