There are no con's that I can think about. If an employee wants to learn there are opportunities. The only thing that might come across intimidating is that DEPRAG has many handheld screwdrivers and pneumatic screwdrivers and spindle screwdriving tools. Each of the screwdrivers have a unique name and some look similar yet are still different. It takes time to learn and understand each of the tools.

If you work there, you will be surrounded with workers with fake degrees like "Stadtgeprüft Ingenieur" (this and having a Ping-Pong degree is the same), only a 1% are Diplom Ingenieurs, and some of then took 8 years to finish his degree. Ah, and almost nobody has a "intermediate" or higher english level. - Arbeitsatmosphäre: The working atmosphere can not be rated. You can spend 2 weeks only saying "Morgen" and "Bis Morgen" without speaking with nobody else. - Vorgesetztenverhalten: Your bosses will hardly ever allow you to discuss something with them. They just are no interested with what you have to say, so long as you work. If they have to communicate you something, they will be starring the following play: Step 1: They prepare themselves well what are you saying to you. You remain unprepared because you don't know what will be the topic to "discuss". 2) They make an appointment in the meeting room. 3) They sing their song. You have no option but hear. 4) They go. If you want to say something, they don't want to hear. - Kollegenzusammenhalt: Almost everybody works alone, not in a Team. - Interessante Aufgaben: The first month is interesting. The other X months you will be doing the same. - Kommunikation: You don't need to speak at all. There is almost no relation between workers, there is a silence like a graveyard. - Gleichberechtigung: People who works there since 1990 or "acolytes" that work there since they where 16 years old can have a opinion. Other opinions aren't listened. - Umgang mit Kollegen 45+: The 45+ workers know how is more like farmers know how, not like engineers. - Gehalt / Sozialleistungen: 25 % less than average salary. - Arbeitsbedingungen: You use a program that has some requirements. The computer you use doesn't fit these requirements. So the program runs like a disabled raccoon. - Umwelt- / Sozialbewusstsein: Working in Deprag allows you to have a deep relationship with the "Umwelt" living in the middle of a forest. - Work-Life-Balance: Amberg is almost a abandoned village. - Image: Ugly web, simple logo, etc...
