Pros
DEPRAG, Inc. is a German Engineering company. They are in robotic screwdriving industry. DEPRAG Lewisville has an excellent management team. The Managing Director and V.P. of Technology are super nice people. It is a very friendly environment. Everyone super helpful! The entire staff at DEPRAG are great people all the way from engineers, technicians, office staff. This is one of the few companies I know of that an employee has the opportunity to retire at the company. There is lots of growth and opportunity to learn. Every Friday the company buy's lunch for everyone! Every one's birthday is celebrated on social media and brunch for all. This company is a people person organization, and everyone helps each other. The company offers benefits to all employees.
Cons
There are no con's that I can think about. If an employee wants to learn there are opportunities. The only thing that might come across intimidating is that DEPRAG has many handheld screwdrivers and pneumatic screwdrivers and spindle screwdriving tools. Each of the screwdrivers have a unique name and some look similar yet are still different. It takes time to learn and understand each of the tools.
