      Pros

      A great place to work for agri commodity brokers. Its a US based organisation with close to 70 team members spread across the world. A very ethical and committed team with great backing of data intelligence. The remuneration is exceptional.

      Cons

      Sometimes they hire unprofessional people who end up being fired.

      Good multicultural team, coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Micromanagement, low salaries, no bonuses, and no vacations. Do NOT trust the positive reviews, they force us to write them (just check the dates and you'll see, most of them are from the same days).

      Pros

      It has flexible work schedule. Colleagues and managers are supportive. There're also opportunities for rotational job. Promotions and benefits are offered in a progressive, advantageous manner.

      Cons

      Not much to mention. Working remotely, which means you are not able to meet and connect with your co-workers in person usually.
