I'm very proud to be part of this company. It's amazing to see the growing that this Start-up is having during the past 5 years. To summarize, these are some pros that I consider very relevant to take into account: - You can manage your own time since this work is based on trust and results - You can work wherever you want, as long as you have internet. - The management is treating you like family. I've never seen before a company in where they allow you to grow in different areas, especially when there are some areas about to disappear. They really care to keep your work, developing in other areas. -You have the opportunity to connect with so many people around the world, and this kind of work is about contacts. -The company have built a solid team who is willing to help when is needed. -People can generate really good incomes in all areas, it always depend on the good job that the people can perform

These are the downsides I consider are a challenge to solve: - Working in an international company is always a challenge when it's about dealing with the culture of different people. Sometimes you can get in uncomfortable situations while they understand each other. - Logistics (it does not matter if you're exporting/importing pulses, cars, raw material, plastics, etc), but logistics is always stressful. Sometimes you can feel the pressure because we depend on third party entities to develop most of the execution. - To be part of a fast growing company requires more effort than usual, so sometimes is necessary to balance work / life, so some people can see this as a "non-stop" business. This is a challenge that is being solved.
