      Pros

      - avg. increment. - avg. infrastructure

      Cons

      - no work life balance - excessive overtime - no policies (most of these are copied from other companies and only on papers) - mostly the positive reviews in Glassdoors are added by HR employees only :) - good and talented employees are leaving the company or already left. - high employment insecurities - top-level management is ruining the impression of Cygnet - basic pay is very low - account department is worst to response - if you want to work for over the years in a single project, and if you don't want to grow or learn anything new. Cygnet is your place. - 6 out of 10 managers are flirty. Therefore for girls, Cygnet is a good company. :)

      MD is good and he will only listen to what he wants to listen.

      Cons

      This list is endless and Glassdoor doesn't have the pagination feature even to cope up the single review.
