No longer a good company - Anonymous employee Cygnet Infotech Employee Review

- no work life balance - excessive overtime - no policies (most of these are copied from other companies and only on papers) - mostly the positive reviews in Glassdoors are added by HR employees only :) - good and talented employees are leaving the company or already left. - high employment insecurities - top-level management is ruining the impression of Cygnet - basic pay is very low - account department is worst to response - if you want to work for over the years in a single project, and if you don't want to grow or learn anything new. Cygnet is your place. - 6 out of 10 managers are flirty. Therefore for girls, Cygnet is a good company. :)
