Pros

Only Pros- For Me- it was near to my Home... Good Marketing team who work on Glassdoor putting in fake reviews. Salary comes on Time - mostly. Company Infra-Building is good. Rest all things are not to be discussed in this section.

Cons

Lifts are bad- in my 3 yr duration - I was stuck in lift for atleast 5 times. HR - Throw them out of the company- good for only one thing- Sending Happy B'day emails. Internal Politics - OMG-- it is the worst i have ever seen in any of the company's - Globally... Like someone said- very good training ground - if you want to make your career into politics- you can at least run for local elections. Only good for Telugu people - even promotions are based on whether you know Telugu or not... i have seen someone with higher experience and skill set being asked to report to junior person - just because he was not a Telugu speaker. Almost all teams have one or more relatives of CMD and they do almost absolutely nothing for the betterment of the organization... waste.. Oh.. did I mention HR ... one of the worst teams - Puppet of Management- they do not have any voice of their own... SIX Working Days -- Yes - you read it right... for almost 7 months teams were working for for all Saturdays - without additional benefits or even agreed Variable pays... Variable Pay and KRA's are a big joke -- both are useless things in the company . Some of the employees have not been paid VP's for almost 2 yrs and with no reason specified , when asked - we shall discuss it later with Management. Only the building is big.. People maturity is in negative nos. Even if you raise a ticket - you have to beg to get the job done - even it is one of their KRA... really pathetic. No Tools for service management . Only home grown pathetic tools are in place or in Excel only... no tools for management. But then - people are not matured so a Fool with a tool is still a fool... quote. Parking - No car parking . Yes - you have to park your car in Inorbit mall and claim it later as reimbursement. Now they have arranged a nearby space when they saw that reimbursement amount is growing up. Cafeteria is OK - after repairs. Previously it used to rain inside more than outside. Travel Reimbursements come in at their own sweet pace - 45 days to 90 days sometimes. That too deductions on the numbers - even on local taxi bills - Ola/Uber.. Senior management is old blood in the system - worst is the HR.. Couple of new VP's - like one in Cloud4C is good - rest all are pathetic and no brain'ers Middle Management - COE managers are useless and only making money on air. Sr. Engg - they think they are the gods on Infra.. PM's - they are the beggars - who beg to get the procurement, beg to get small activities completed .. beg to get the invoices done... beg to get the invoices paid from the customer... beg to raise CR's and beg for approvals... I can write a book - on this... seriously... issues are will based and not skill based.

When I was joining this company I did not know what sort of hell I was throwing myself into. All the false reviews on glassdoor painted a rosy picture of the company. Oh how I wish I had paid enough attention to the negative ones. From day one we were subjected to a different level of torture. The on-boarding process was sloppy, induction happened after two whole months. I would soon realize that all the information provided during the “induction” was completely false. They have hired children as HR professional as one of them very cutely refused to discuss exit policy during induction to showcase her loyalty. These people are masters of loopholes, as evident by the equally sloppy and hellish exit process that I had to go through. There is no structure in the company for all the work comes ad hoc. They have no concept of projects and no specific set of responsibilities are provided to the employees. Hell! I have seen a service guy writing codes and a software guy addressing tickets. Nobody knows how to hold a proper conversation and they make fun of customers like teenagers after finishing their calls. All the employees in higher positions are either CMDs relatives, classmates or recommended by one of them. Employees at lower levels are considered disposable and peanuts are given to them in the name of salary. There are fights over chairs and water bottles like an impoverished slum as there is not proper seating place for many teams. Worst HR department in the history of IT companies! They are extremely rude(one lady makes faces like a vamp from some serial while talking) and unsupportive. For a company worth millions it's pathetic to see HR trying to mooch money from the employees at every opportunity they get. You will get unexplained LOP(loss of pay), forced bonds for no reason, variable pay will not be given etc. I assure you guys that I am not a disgruntled employee as I was lucky to have a great manager and awesome teammates in this garbage of a company. I urge whoever is reading this review to carefully go through other negative ones before joining this company. They will suck the life out of you and trust me it's not worth it.

I can rant about it for hours but few major ones : No vision from higher management about execution strategies and overall growth. Employees needs stands at a distant last in company's priorities. Top one for senior management is filling their pockets. Worst HR policies ever. HR team function is to send Happy Birthday and Anniversary mails to whole company and to deduct LOP from employees salary for coming late. To make above point clear, if you reach office after 9:45 am, for every 3 days 1 day LOP is deducted from salary. On top of that, company expects to work beyond 9 hours everyday including during late nights(4:00 - 5:00 AM) without any overtime allowances. Saturday is working. Yes, you read it right and if you don't show up to office 1 LOP is deducted. They give laptops to employees instead of workstations(one reason is they don't have space and you will find 10-12 people squeezed in a single cubicle for 4 people) and if there is any problem with the laptop in 2 years, repairs cost will be deducted from your salary. No Intranet/Internal system for simple things like leave management etc. Work culture is worst. You will find government offices better if you see the level of bureaucracy in this company. HR are fraud. For instance, terms and conditions mentioned in offer letter were altered and new clauses were added in actual employment agreement without prior approval or consent from employee, that benefits the company. Hell for any smart person. I fell into this trap and regret my decision of joining this company within 15 days. If you are ambitious and want a good career, DONT join this company even if you are unemployed.
