I can rant about it for hours but few major ones : No vision from higher management about execution strategies and overall growth. Employees needs stands at a distant last in company's priorities. Top one for senior management is filling their pockets. Worst HR policies ever. HR team function is to send Happy Birthday and Anniversary mails to whole company and to deduct LOP from employees salary for coming late. To make above point clear, if you reach office after 9:45 am, for every 3 days 1 day LOP is deducted from salary. On top of that, company expects to work beyond 9 hours everyday including during late nights(4:00 - 5:00 AM) without any overtime allowances. Saturday is working. Yes, you read it right and if you don't show up to office 1 LOP is deducted. They give laptops to employees instead of workstations(one reason is they don't have space and you will find 10-12 people squeezed in a single cubicle for 4 people) and if there is any problem with the laptop in 2 years, repairs cost will be deducted from your salary. No Intranet/Internal system for simple things like leave management etc. Work culture is worst. You will find government offices better if you see the level of bureaucracy in this company. HR are fraud. For instance, terms and conditions mentioned in offer letter were altered and new clauses were added in actual employment agreement without prior approval or consent from employee, that benefits the company. Hell for any smart person. I fell into this trap and regret my decision of joining this company within 15 days. If you are ambitious and want a good career, DONT join this company even if you are unemployed.
