Company is fully remote which is good and bad. We use AI internally in everything we do and we're encouraged to experiment. The healthcare benefits are good.

What's even more impressive is that we've built this culture as a fully remote company—something that's notoriously difficult to do well, but the team has nailed it. As the first product hire, I've had tremendous autonomy while also benefiting from strong support and alignment across the organization. Everyone here wants everyone else to succeed, and you feel that in every interaction.
