Remote from home, working on making buildings smart. Working with different clients helps put to perspective how energy management is really impactful and how there are simple solutions to solving high energy consumption and inefficient operation.

Really niche industry as it is new.

Leadership was secretive and at the time lacked vision. Extremely talented individuals were not listened to after a merger took place.
