CopperTree Analytics interview questions

This truly felt more like a formal check-in and personality test than a strict interview which is why I consider this to be a uniquely positive experience. The hiring manager spent around 20 minutes on the technical aspects of the job but after that, the interview really was all about understanding my personal values, professional goals and how my principles could contribute to the company's vision and future. More importantly, the hiring manager was also open to questions from my end and treated this interview process equally as a two-way communication. This positive atmosphere created by the hiring manager made me feel confident and be transparent with him. By the end of the interview, we could both guess the outcome but due to mutual respect, I waited to read the good news from him through an official email.

Straight forward, no nonsense questions and fairly quick process. Not a bad experience, and got to know some key players as well. Minimal tech questions, and a big focus on personality and soft skills
