Easy to get hired, work is varied so you won't be bored, varied work means gaining experience in many different tests and fields

It's great if you like being berated and verbally insulted by a millionaire who pays peanuts for long hours and hard work.
Cons
Literally what I just said. The CEO Patty is a slave driver who brags about her properties and will literally call her workers names. I've seen her call her hardest workers idiots in front of everyone for making a mistake after working 14 hours covered in coal while she had only been on site for a few hours. Awful person and she keeps worse management.
