      Easy to get hired, work is varied so you won't be bored, varied work means gaining experience in many different tests and fields

      Cons

      Management is disorganized, lack of communication, CEO is extremely business oriented and shows little thought to employees, high turnover rate

      Pros

      The company always treats you well. The company is small enough that it feels like family. Several opportunities to grow in to other positions.

      Cons

      Lots of work, but that can be a good thing if you need the extra overtime money (which most do).
