The worst management. Typical failing company where top management is utterly incompetent and instead of realising that the problem is them, they blame employees. Their attitude is "if you're not happy with the company - you are free to leave". They don't trust employees and their solution to the problems is tight control instead of creating good work conditions . - Low salaries - No real career progression for graduates, you might be doing same thing for years without learning anything new. - Management doesn't know what they are doing and whole company is a mess. Instead of making positive changes they make things worse and worse. They often make changes without thinking or discussing with employees how they will be affected. - Heath and safety standards are low - The company maintains its public image as a progressive and good place to work in , however things within the company are completely opposite of what they show it to be. - People are unhappy and majority of the staff are planning to leave at first opportunity.
