I was only employed a few months and in that time frame I saw a revolving door of terminations without cause. Almost everyone I spoke to was concerned for their job and felt the CEO was not trustworthy as company rumor is he is NOT sharing accurate numbers with the Board. Message to leadership - BPA's are not sales orders and should not be represented as revenue.

Stay away from this company at all costs. Turnover city. Every sales director hired is fired within 2-6 months. They expect closed business instantly. Management and leadership has no sense of reality. This product is not nearly ready for enterprise and the next version and mobile support has been on the roadmap "coming any day now" for the past 6 months. Never seen micromanagement like I have here. Don't log off teams for more than 5 minutes lol. You will be penalized for your prospects telling you they don't have budget. Absolutely zero top of funnel lead generation. Not willing to invest in SEO. Toxic toxic culture. Applaud and highlight when people are working throughout the night 2-4 am. Make it very clear this is not a 9-5 job, this is an around the clock "putting in 12+ hour days is what it takes here". I am very concerned about what they are telling and sharing with investors compared to what the business is actually forecasting and tracking. Do not work here if you want any sort of quality of life. I would say more but that is all I can share publicly...
