- amazing office and culture (BDRs are in office, Field Sales and some other functions are remote) - BDRs are high energy that thrive in a culture that wants to win - exceptional team members driving daily - product that fits a gap in most everyone’s security program - startup that has built a machine and doing incredible things in an economy with an uncertain outlook
Cons
- startups at this stage, going this fast to outpace competition, is not for everyone. - therefore some people are just better fits for larger, more established, slower moving organizations (and thats fine). - if the above sounds like you, then this won’t be a place you thrive
