      There is so much Internal Political issues that can not give you any chance to grow enough well

      This is very good for the most senior Software engineer not for the software engineer, Programmer as well as the fresher. Because there are so many people who are want to dominated totally the others people. One of the Mr. Azizur Rahman Aziz muladi borisal. He is always try to make an issues to make a worse image of any employees. Otherwise, that is great company for others benefit like as transport facilities, PF, Annual live,..... And others live available..

      Cons

      There is no good or supportive senior. If any one want to learn him only they can carry on his or her work. Incremental process not so good one can get 3000 or one can get 500 increment this not good or clear

      There are no best reason in this company. There increments policy and working knowledge is so poor.

      Cons

      Male employees are old minded people. Girls are not safe in this company. Management system is so poor. There are so many political issues. This company don't give us any kind of facility or benefits.

      Pros

      Salaries are given in a timely manner, very much laid back work if you are part of the software development team; they seem to receive no pressure whatsoever.

      Cons

      Absolutely clueless management, unqualified recruits, recruitments are made based on government personnel influences, no business strategy, no clear vision. One department is given all the privileges over every other department, other departments seem to be asinine to the management.
