Salaries are given in a timely manner, very much laid back work if you are part of the software development team; they seem to receive no pressure whatsoever.
Cons
Absolutely clueless management, unqualified recruits, recruitments are made based on government personnel influences, no business strategy, no clear vision. One department is given all the privileges over every other department, other departments seem to be asinine to the management.
