1. Helpful & Friendly environments. 2. On-time salary & bonus. 3. Yearly Tour. 4. Yearly LFA facilities. 5. No Corporate Politics. 6. Flexible Office hours. 7. Secured job. 8. Opportunities to work with industry-leading clients consist of huge Business implementation.

Cons

1. Unorganized way of working procedures and methodologies. 2. Poor implementation and use of legacy technologies. 3. No desire to update or upgrade themselves. 4. This place is not for open-minded people, managements take all kinds of decisions. 5. Can suffer from burnout due to continuous development and deployment. 6. Don't give enough time to finish a task properly. 7. A developer has to do all the tasks like development, testing, deployment, database maintenance, and even server-related work. 8. Salary increment is not adequate.
