      Pros

      Flexible schedule, excellent vacation, full benefits, great coworkers, lots of opportunities to learn new skills. Supportive workplace full of clever folks. Not a lot of opportunity for internal advancement (it's a small place) but great professional development for other opportunities.

      Cons

      Doesn't match retirement benefits, no family leave, pay is on the lower end

      Pros

      Focused on community needs, very diverse staff, great office location, support and trust within the communities it serves, good benefit package, flexible scheduling options

      Cons

      Low pay compared to private sector, lots of "drama", aggressive communication style on part of team, lack of guidance and training on part of executive team.

      Good mission-driven work. Great coworkers. Fully covered health insurance and nice PTO.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for upward mobility. Pay is not excellent and most entry-level employees qualify for the low-income programs that they offer.
