Pros
Free snacks and lunches, all of which are unhealthy. Great place to learn how not to run a business, lots of learning opportunities in watching their “leaders” fail. Reasonably sound, though mediocre technical practices as long as the completely incompetent ceo stays out of things.
Cons
This is not a workplace, it’s a religious cult. Fundamentalist Christian’s (y’know, the ones that think humans and dinosaurs coexisted?). You’ll see and hear the most ridiculous things you can possibly imagine here. No women in the workplace as they are deemed a “distraction” and because it’s a “privilege to work with men. If you are a right wing religious extremist incapable of thinking for yourself, you will thrive here. Expect to be asked to pray, have your beliefs or lack thereof questioned, and to end up in very awkward meetings where you are constantly thinking “did that actually just happen?!” on a regular basis.
