The owner of Chawtech Solutions - Mohit Chawla, hires the employee on project basis, when projects completed then he force to resign to their employees and ask them, he can't pay your last month salary. I know more than 10 employees, who are still waiting for their salary. I am also victim of this company.No hr,No management, No Leave policy, No Appraisal and brother Amit Chawla unnecessary questions pitup from employees and told employees i am director of Chawtech then unnecessary work pressure to hold of employees.

Company has no policy for employees. HR is just a puppet dancing on the fingers of management. No maternity leaves or gratuity benefits. Policies are altered as per the management's and company's interest, keeping the employees at suffering end in every condition.
