      No pros at all, management centered company with employees at suffering end in every condition.

      Company has no policy for employees. HR is just a puppet dancing on the fingers of management. No maternity leaves or gratuity benefits. Policies are altered as per the management's and company's interest, keeping the employees at suffering end in every condition.
