Pros

Leadership is adaptable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee growth. Management encourages that understanding the why behind systems and processes is just as important as execution. There are strong opportunities to learn, take on responsibility, and develop professionally in a way that feels structured rather than overwhelming. Open communication is valued, and feedback is taken seriously when it’s constructive.

Cons

Like many growing IT organizations, the pace can be demanding at times, and expectations are high. That said, leadership is transparent about priorities and willing to adjust when workloads or processes need refinement.

False advertisement of job/duties

Pros

None - this job caused extreme anxiety since the CEO is an over the top micro-manager.

Cons

Small company, less than 5 employees. The job I had was a Marketing Assistant & the job had nothing to do with Marketing - it was strictly sales and cold calling. CEO had their own office and would sit next to me to micro-manage. Would ask you to work off the clock or use your own vehicle to do job related tasks. Didn't want to pay me my last week.
