Pros

Great place to start and gain real-world IT MSP experience. All of the technicians were kind, supportive, and helpful. You’re given opportunities to work on tasks that sometimes go beyond a typical Level 1 role, and you get real exposure to client interactions and real situations where you actually learn. There’s also an opportunity to get hired for a full-time position based on performance.

Cons

At times, work can be slow, so it’s important to be proactive about using idle time productively. The internship could also benefit from a more structured timeline and clearer progression of responsibilities and learning, but overall, it was a very good experience.

Pros

Leadership is adaptable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee growth. Management encourages that understanding the why behind systems and processes is just as important as execution. There are strong opportunities to learn, take on responsibility, and develop professionally in a way that feels structured rather than overwhelming. Open communication is valued, and feedback is taken seriously when it’s constructive.

Cons

Like many growing IT organizations, the pace can be demanding at times, and expectations are high. That said, leadership is transparent about priorities and willing to adjust when workloads or processes need refinement.
