Cons

I used to feel like my former superior had a personal vendetta against me. Ironically, she once said, "It's not like I have a personal vendetta against you," which only made it feel more true—almost like reverse psychology. She micromanaged my every move, watching me like a hawk as though she didn’t trust my work. It left me feeling undervalued, discriminated against, and completely unmotivated. They say your boss can make or break your experience at a job, and I’ve learned how true that is. If you sense something off during the interview itself, trust your instincts and think twice before signing the offer. I had that gut feeling during my interview with her, but I ignored it. She desperately needed a reality and attitude check. Even during team-building activities or lunches, she’d always find something to complain about when things didn’t go her way. It wasn’t just in work performance—it was everywhere. Working under her made me question myself constantly. I started to believe something was wrong with me, that I was stupid or incompetent. But now that I’m in a much better company with a supportive boss who values my work, doesn’t micromanage me, and treats me with respect, I see how wrong I was. It wasn’t me—it was her. My former boss suppressed my potential and never gave me the space to shine. The grass is definitely greener on the other side. With better leadership and healthier soil, I’ve finally found the space to grow and thrive.

Pros

none none none none none none. full of regrets.

Cons

1. Bad management. young and inexperienced, arrogance, refuse to learn, not ready to be a leader. Bad procedure, very manual and ridiculous process handled by people who absorbed from intern to full time then to manager with no prior experiences as a manager or anywhere else in the word. 2. HR also bad. Bad response. Bad policy. Very stingy medical benefits only for confirmed staff. Most company i worked before give medical to all despite confirm or not. 3. All employees on the different departments not working well with each others as full of arrogance people. Very immature and favoritisms in place everywhere. 4. Very low salary, they can't even give increment to me but match my salary only when I joined. 5. No other great benefits, medical benefits very low despite them making a lot of money. Annual leave also low. No compassionate leave unless requested. 6. Communications are super bad among people in the same department and in the different departments. 7. Turnover is really high.
