      Company Actually Believes in What They Do

      Pros

      CSSi genuinely believes in their services - I've seen a lot of vendors just 'talk to talk' but those who work there actually care about clinical research and helping patients. Offers good remote work and is flexible with hours.

      Cons

      May put try to 'bleed a stone' in terms of duties and responsibilities. Some communication silo issues.

      Massive mistake; not even close to what was discussed as the position.

      Excellent variety of projects in regulatory affairs

      Cons

      No contact with supervisor, no idea of reporting structure... not sure there was a reporting structure. Last minute surprises with unknown work. No communication.
