Pros
I did not expect to truly love my job as much as I do, but I am pleasantly surprised at how much growth and enjoyment I get out of it! Even with some employees being remote and separated, there is still good coworker relationships!
CSSi genuinely believes in their services - I've seen a lot of vendors just 'talk to talk' but those who work there actually care about clinical research and helping patients. Offers good remote work and is flexible with hours.
Cons
May put try to 'bleed a stone' in terms of duties and responsibilities. Some communication silo issues.
