      Pros

      Good people, decent salary. When I first started the computer showed good potential for developing my career, but changes in upper management slowed that down significantly.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity to move to different projects. When I was hired I was told I would be working on projects in 4-8 month timeframes. I spent the whole 2 years there are a single client maintaining a codebase that another team had developed.

      Work with great people. They give you a lot of work to do as a lower level employee.

      Technologies are behind. There is no mentorship.
