The project management and system administration within the local India team are not being handled effectively and feel somewhat broken. Although feedback is collected from the grassroots level, the leadership is primarily based in Europe. As a result, opportunities to move into leadership roles that allow you to drive meaningful change in the system are limited, and influencing real change becomes increasingly difficult as you progress in your career.
There has also been continuous organizational restructuring, with new roles and responsibilities frequently reassigned and entire teams shifting within a year.
