Pros

lots to learn and some people are experts in their space so one can beef up knowledge and then leave

Cons

no procedures or processes …super disorganized for a global company with 300 employees .. no strategy just a lot of task doing … terrible recruiting practices…mgmt pulled multiple job offers a week before employees where due to join company… depended on CIP for all business and unable to get other customers

Pros

This company offers the opportunity to work on truly outstanding projects that involve complex scenarios and advanced engineering challenges. You’ll continuously discover new things, with plenty of scope to learn and grow. The team is highly supportive, well-coordinated, and genuinely respects individual talent and contributions.

Cons

The project management and system administration within the local India team are not being handled effectively and feel somewhat broken. Although feedback is collected from the grassroots level, the leadership is primarily based in Europe. As a result, opportunities to move into leadership roles that allow you to drive meaningful change in the system are limited, and influencing real change becomes increasingly difficult as you progress in your career. There has also been continuous organizational restructuring, with new roles and responsibilities frequently reassigned and entire teams shifting within a year.
