Pros

Fully Remote Work Somewhat beneficial time off structure

Cons

- This company prides itself on its remote first culture, but doesnt actually do anything to support their remote employees. They do not help with your home office, wifi, nothing. You basically sacrifice a shot at a decent workspace for the "privilege" to get to work from work. Consider that you will likely have to spend 500 dollars to outfit your office when you start. The company just takes the savings from not having an office to make their shareholders happy and achieve the rule of 40. -Be prepared for a ton of turnover and for a ton of extra work to be thrown in your lap as a result of layoffs or people quitting. The hiring process is terrible and often takes months for positions to be filled. You will not receive anything extra for doing extra work. -Related to the extra work, do not expect that this will lead to a promotion or higher salary, there isn't really any advancement opportunities inside BlackBaud, consider the role that you will be doing and the role you will be in for the next 4 or 5 years.

Pros

Name brand in the non-profit space, and been around for over 40 years.

Cons

"Leadership and management issues contribute to a toxic work culture. Quotas were raised to unsustainable levels without adequate compensation for employees. Customer support is severely lacking, leading to long-term trust issues with clients. High turnover is a major concern—I had four managers in 2.5 years, and 9 out of 14 reps left last year alone. The base salary is low, and some territories offer limited opportunities. Additionally, inbound leads are scarce, and AEs are expected to meet a high volume of metrics."

Great team of people - many who are still friends.

Cons

Old product, leadership is only focussed on revenue, outside of those on front lines no one is pushing Custer experience.
