1. The CTO micro-manages a lot. Like A LOT lot. 2. You will be forced to work 12 hours a day for 6 days a week!! Yes it's 6 days working!! And NO overtime. 3. The CTO schedules meeting at 10 in the night on regular basis and force everyone to stay in the office to attend the meeting. 4. They mention that the timings are flexible but even if you are late by just 10 minutes, a meeting is scheduled in which you have to explain why you are late. 5. Even during this COVID time, no work from home is allowed. Everybody has to come to the office daily. 6. No breaks. Even no lunch time is provided. Most of times we sit on our desk only to do the lunch. 7. Even if you take 15 minutes sutta break, you a receive a long and disrespecting message in a very unprofessional and bad language from the CEO that 15 minutes break is too much. If you want a 15 minutes break, go and work for some other organisation. 8. ARROGANT CTO!! He thinks he is a CTO of a billion dollar worth of a company and treats his employees as if he owns them. 9. BAD BAD BAD CULTURE.
