free unhealthy snacks sometimes some of the employee are really good but not the upper mgmt

total mess all random stuff without plan no work life balance, everyday more than 12 hours min working on saturday and sometimes sunday too Too much pressure for no good reason CEO ask employees to write fake reviews to show outside people tht things are good
