Pros

There is no office politics between the colleagues.

Cons

1. The management engages in internal politics, creating a hostile work environment. 2. They deliberately create artificial crises during increment periods. 3. Salaries are often withheld for an undefined period; even senior ex-employees have pending dues for over two years. 4. The company is particularly unsuitable for freshers—especially interns—due to the lack of mentorship, unrealistic deadlines, and over-reliance on AI. 5. This year, more than seven employees resigned simultaneously due to repeated issues such as artificial crises, delayed salaries. 6. There is no engineering mindset; projects are assigned with unrealistic expectations, often demanding completion within a week. 7. Employees are frequently demotivated and made to feel undervalued. 8. Management consistently portrays themselves as victims. 9. Government holidays are sometimes not granted.

Career at Risk: Be Careful

Pros

The only genuinely positive part is that the employees themselves are helpful and supportive

Cons

From the outside, especially on social media this company looks like it has one of the best cultures in Bangladesh. But once you join, the internal reality feels very different. Salary issues are very frequent. Payments often come in installments (5k–10k), and 2–3 months’ salary can remain due. Ex-employees also wait months — sometimes years — to get their pending payments. During increment season, a “financial crisis” suddenly appears. Salary gets delayed, but the company still sponsors various events and actively participates in the community. Leadership and project management are extremely unstable. Proper tech leads, senior engineers, or project managers don't stay for long. Decisions change suddenly and deadlines are often unrealistic — work meant for 6 months gets pushed into 1 month. Learning environment is almost nonexistent. Juniors end up taking heavy workload across multiple projects, leading to burnout instead of growth. One developer is often assigned to 5–6 projects with expectations to deliver everything “urgently.” Structured development, engineering best practices, and proper code quality are rarely followed. Interns are treated like cheap labor, expected to deliver using AI rather than being taught or mentored. Seniors fired or leave: seniors leave or are pushed out around increment time, and new juniors get hired at lower salaries.

Pros

There’s no office politics among colleagues, and everyone is very friendly. When I was there, there was quite a bit of flexibility; we could work remotely if needed, and being a little late to the office wasn’t a big issue. But now they have removed all those flexibilities. Because of the salary problems, almost 80% of the team has already left the company. So right now, there’s hardly any real pros left.

Cons

The salary is below average, and even that is not paid on time. Whenever it’s time for 2-3 people to get an increment, the company suddenly claims to have a financial crisis. No employee has ever received an increment on time - it usually takes 4-6 months and repeated requests. When multiple employees’ increment periods overlap, management again creates a fake “financial crisis” and delays or stops salary payments. Despite not paying salaries on time, the company sponsors community events and hosts office parties with outsiders. They can’t pay old employees but keep hiring new ones. Even ex-employees don’t receive their pending salaries after leaving. Their words are never consistent - they approve remote work but then message employees at 11 PM to come to the office the next morning. Projects are also poorly managed. Whenever a client requests a feature, the management always says, “It’s just a 2-minute task,” no matter how complex it is.
