Pros

Nothing seemed to be Good There

Cons

Some people in our community constantly preach religion and present themselves as ideal leaders or mentors. But in reality, they are the perfect example of “sweet words from bad people.” Using religion as a cover, they build a saint-like image, while inside their company they are toxic and abusive. They target simple, needy job seekers with big promises of learning and growth. But once you join, there is no real learning, no proper leadership, no structure. Work is rushed using AI, full of errors, and juniors end up damaging their own skills instead of growing. The worst part is salary. They create artificial financial crises, delay payments for months, and give partial salaries in small amounts. Many employees are forced to resign, and even then, their dues are never cleared. Management is incompetent but acts like a big brand. They overprice poor-quality products, fail to understand the market, and blame employees for everything. They hire cheap juniors, expect unrealistic results, and replace them quickly when expectations are not met. They show a nice environment with religious practices, but it is just a trap. In reality, they exploit people, sell false dreams, and survive through deception. Be careful of such companies and people. Outwardly they look pious, but inside they are the complete opposite.

Pros

None (The provided lunch and prayer facilities are used as a distraction from the lack of professionalism). Besides the People working (In Reality Suffering) there, are very friendly

Cons

If you are considering joining Bit Byte Technology, beware of the "sugar-coated" promises and religious facade used by the leadership to lure in unsuspecting candidates. Behind the mask of mentorship and ethical values lies a toxic environment that functions as a "career destruction factory." Key Issues to Consider: Financial Unreliability: The management at Bit Byte Technology frequently creates "artificial crises" toward the end of the year to avoid paying increments. Salaries are often withheld for months, and when paid, they are given in small, insulting installments (partial payments). Many employees who resign never receive their pending dues. Poor Management & Leadership: The leadership lacks basic technical and market knowledge. Instead of strategic growth, the company relies on "fapor" (bluffing) and AI-generated, low-quality work. They market themselves as competitors to giants like Shopify, but the reality is a collection of poorly built, "junk" SaaS products filled with unresolved bugs. Toxic Work-Life Balance: The company explicitly tells employees that "Work-Life Balance doesn't exist." You are expected to be available 24/7, including weekends and after-office hours, with zero respect for personal boundaries. Exploitation of Juniors: They target "needy" juniors with promises of learning, only to overburden them with the work of five people (Sales, Marketing, Design, Support, etc.) for a meager salary. There is no structured mentorship or quality check; projects are rushed and "stitched together" unprofessionally. Deceptive Culture: The office environment uses religious practices as a "carrot" to appear trustworthy. In reality, the management uses this image to manipulate both employees and clients. Advice to Job Seekers: Do not be fooled by the high-level talk or the "religious leader" personas of the founders. Bit Byte Technology is a place where your skills will stagnate, and your mental health will suffer. Almost every employee who has left this company has done so with a heavy heart and unpaid wages. Save your career and stay away.

Pros

There is no office politics between the colleagues.

Cons

1. The management engages in internal politics, creating a hostile work environment. 2. They deliberately create artificial crises during increment periods. 3. Salaries are often withheld for an undefined period; even senior ex-employees have pending dues for over two years. 4. The company is particularly unsuitable for freshers—especially interns—due to the lack of mentorship, unrealistic deadlines, and over-reliance on AI. 5. This year, more than seven employees resigned simultaneously due to repeated issues such as artificial crises, delayed salaries. 6. There is no engineering mindset; projects are assigned with unrealistic expectations, often demanding completion within a week. 7. Employees are frequently demotivated and made to feel undervalued. 8. Management consistently portrays themselves as victims. 9. Government holidays are sometimes not granted.
