      -Laid-back work environment -Management that wants to see you succeed -Excellent co-workers -Competitive pay -Growing company

      Cons

      Sometimes things can be a little unorganized. Once Bend-Tech gets some more formal processes in place (this is currently being worked on), I don't think I would have any cons.

      Great work environment and peers. Company seems stable and compensates extremely fair. Full benefits and there is a lot of room for self growth.

      Cons

      The work day starts at 7 AM which is a little early.
