Sometimes things can be a little unorganized. Once Bend-Tech gets some more formal processes in place (this is currently being worked on), I don't think I would have any cons.

Not sure about the Pros. It was mid Pandemic.

I was hired for a hybrid position as a technical writer. My mistake for not getting it in writing. Favoritism was shown to my colleague over me. I had to come in full time and she got to work from home. When I had to take FMLA due to a surgery, my manager harassed me through emails. When I came back I turned her in to HR. Then she was forced to resign. The day she left, she wrote me up. I contested it and wrote a letter of denial, explained again how I was treated. And, brought in all 5 of my university degrees for them to copy and keep in my file. I was kept on for another 6 months before I was laid off. All I did there was proof read user manuals. I could have done that from home instead of bringing home covid to my family. No one talked to me, no one was friendly here. And I got written up by this manager for not being friendly enough/visiting enough with others. So my last 6 months were spent walking around talking to others while on my breaks.
