- Central location in London - Variety of issues faced giving a great learning curve - Chilled environment
Cons
- most of the technologies you work on are defined and proprietary and there is not much possibility to change that

Pros
Small MSP in Central London, many clients so exposure to different technologies
Cons
Extremely high level of micro-management and demands placed on engineers. Generally disrespectful and demanding management style - not a good place to work long-term. BVR often cycles through its 1st/2nd Line engineers every 6-18 months.
