Extremely high level of micro-management and demands placed on engineers. Generally disrespectful and demanding management style - not a good place to work long-term. BVR often cycles through its 1st/2nd Line engineers every 6-18 months.
Employees try to care and effect change until ran out by management
Cons
Horrible company, good management does not exist. Only care about money not the patients and certainly not their Employees. Sentinel events have occurred!
